1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and website of NORTHSHOREXPRESS LLC (“NorthShoreXpress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our airport and car transportation services, our online booking form, our secure payment links, and our SMS text-messaging program. By booking a ride, using our website, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NorthShoreXpress provides car and airport transportation services in Mandeville, Louisiana and the surrounding region. Bookings are made through our online booking form at https://northshorexpress.com/nsx-book-on-line/ or by phone at (985) 386-3861. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, a valid contact number, and flight information where applicable.

3. Booking & Payment

Fares are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is collected through a secure payment link processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). NorthShoreXpress does not store your full card details. You are responsible for ensuring the contact and pickup information you provide is correct so that we can deliver your service and any related confirmations.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as early as possible at (985) 386-3861 or bookings@northshorexpress.com. Cancellation and refund eligibility is determined by the policy provided to you at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes and to process any eligible refund to your original method of payment.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By opting in (see “How you opt in” below), you agree to receive text messages from NORTHSHOREXPRESS LLC as described in this section.

  • Program description. NorthShoreXpress operates a transactional text-messaging program. We send service-related messages only: booking and ride confirmations, secure payment links, and ride reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
  • How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form at https://northshorexpress.com/nsx-book-on-line/. Providing your mobile number and consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any transportation service.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is transactional only — typically one to a few messages per booking, based on your ride activity.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. NorthShoreXpress does not charge you for these messages; your wireless carrier’s standard message and data rates apply.
  • How to get help (HELP). Reply HELP to any of our messages for assistance, or contact us at (985) 386-3861 or bookings@northshorexpress.com.
  • How to opt out (STOP). Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any of our messages to immediately opt out of all future text messages. You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which we will send no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Privacy of your mobile data. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with, sold to, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to deliver the transactional messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
  • Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported carriers. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most U.S. carriers, including their MVNOs.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The mobile information and SMS consent data you provide is handled as described in Section 5 above and in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthShoreXpress provides its services and website on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NorthShoreXpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services or website, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
