Good to know before you book
Our rule of thumb: be at the curb two hours before a domestic departure and three hours before an international one, then add your drive time. Tell us your flight number when you book and we'll work backward for you and recommend an exact pick-up time.
Nothing you need to do. We track every arriving flight we're assigned to and adjust your driver's schedule automatically. You are not charged extra for a delay, and you don't need to call us — though you're always welcome to.
As soon as you have your flight. Early mornings, holidays, Mardi Gras, and festival weekends fill first. That said, we take same-day requests constantly — call or text and we'll tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Across the lake at a reasonable hour, sometimes. For a 4 a.m. departure from Folsom, or a 11 p.m. arrival with four people and six bags, rideshare coverage on the Northshore gets thin and pricing gets unpredictable. A scheduled reservation removes that variable entirely.
