These come from the CREDITS tab in your calendar sheet, read every hour. To add one or mark it used, change the sheet. A paid ride you cancel shows as Credited here; add it to the sheet too.
Pick a driver for each ride in its details. Their name and number go in the rider's reminder texts. Switch a driver off to take them out of the list; past rides keep their name.
